How do I book my event?

Begin by filling out my inquiry form. If I am available on your date, I will reach out with a quote for your event. We will then sign a contract and I will require a 10% non-refundable retainer that will be due after the contract is signed. The remaining fee is due 1 month before your event.

How many portraits can you paint in an event?

I can paint 1 person in roughly 5-7 minutes or 2 people in about 9-12 minutes. Including transition time between portraits, I average painting 8-10 people per hour. I will paint for a maximum of 8 hours, which equates to 64-80 guests. Keep in mind that not everyone will ask for a portrait.

How long should I book you for?

I can be booked for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 8 hours. For weddings, I will usually paint from cocktail hour until the end of the reception.

What set up is required?

I require a 4 foot table and a chair, preferably with a table cloth to match the rest of the décor. I will bring my art supplies, signage, and lights. I will arrive early for set up!

Do guests need to wait while they're painted?

No! I will paint your guests based off of my photos taken of them and the portraits will be ready for your guests to pick up before they leave. They are welcome to watch the process though!

Do you travel?

I am currently located in Penticton BC and cover events in the Okanagan area with no travel expenses. I can travel anywhere if expenses such as hotel, gas, flight, ferry, food and transportation are covered. There are a few locations where hotel expenses are not required: Victoria, Pender Island, Whistler, Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
